James should have been right up there...

Kobe doesn't deserve the MVP. Most Valuable Player is the guy who does whatever it takes to win. That doesn't include being a ball hog show off who doesn't distribute to teammates. LeBron makes his teammates better. Steve Nash always dishes and makes his teammates better. Their teams are better because of them.

In LA it's the Kobe show and if it's not he acts like a child about it. When Kobe was forced to share with Shaq they won championships. Kobe will never win one on his own. He will never be Michael Jordan. As much as Jordan dominated the offense and shots, he always seemed willing to find Pippen or Grant or someone underneath if it was a better chance at a basket. Kobe shoots instantly (same problem Iverson has too).

Nash is a good choice. He and Duncan and eventually LeBron are good examples of how you can be a scoring threat but also a team leader at the same time.

Most. Valuable.
