It's said that teams peaking late in the season have a better chance of post season success. Philadelphia appears to be one, which should only improve with a healthy Westbrook. I like these guys, and could see them playing New Orleans for the conference.

Is San Diego another?

Green Bay, despite the loss to Pittsburgh?

Teams on the downfall...

Denver, for sure.

Minnesota?
