Nor do I take issue with the fact that Wayne Madsen is known and creditable and has reported on some pretty dirty government laundry before.

I am not saying that he is part of the Scam.
However, it occured to me that IF there is an FBI investigation ongoing, and IF it involves something that can be tortured and twisted to fit into the Patroit Act's broad perview, then the provisions of that act could be used to effectively prohibit comment until "Whoops" it is 2008. Because they want to ignore the little fish to get the big guy you know.

And I am not sure it would be illegal.
