This has been mentioned over and over again.

in 2000, he did not the means (Republican prosecutors).
He was not in power. Not only was he illegitimate, he lost the popular vote.
A double whammy.

He could not let that happen in 2004.
He controlled Justice in 2004.

He had the motive: To pad the vote
He had the means: He controlled Justice.
He had the opportunity. He was in power.


How did he fix the Supreme Court in 2000?
How did he fix Florida in 2000 and 2004?
Why were Jeb and Katherine Harris and Feeney never prosecuted?

How did he fix Ohio in 2004?
Why was Blackwell never prosecuted?
