12. I think Pap & Kennedy have to weigh the benefit of staying quiet a while
longer with any benefit from going public. They've said several times that they have had people "pretty high up" in voting machine companies who are coming to them as whistleblowers. Maybe the case is even going forward right now and they are deposing voting machine employees. They may be working to gather as much information as possible before going to court, so that they can have maximum impact in court. It may be better to keep the story out of media right now.

My big hope: A BIG $$$$$ award from the lawsuit means that BIG $$$$$$ are poured back into states and counties so that they can replace ALL DREs with voter-marked paper ballot systems.

By the way - were you, by chance, listening to Mike Malloy (on NovaM) a few weeks ago when a caller said that he had a lot of inside information about the theft of the 2004 Election? Mike urged him to take it to Conyers, I wish Mike had told him to contact Levin Papantonio...
