14. Exactly how do you conclude that? The issue in San Diego is *not*
only about the Busby district. It is also about the 53rd district (Susan Davis), 51st district (Bob Filner), 49th (Issa - Rep) and 52nd district (Hunter (Rep)) hold these, but since there's no chance of a Democrat winning, the Dems in the primary could protest voting machines being taken home).

Busby is not the only person who can be making a fuss over this election law violation. And yes, it is very important to think about the effect of her making a fuss in such an overwhelmingly Republican district.

It is about the candidate and the campaign, and the strategic factors, unless you're willing to lose in November as a result of your insisting that Busby and no one else can speak up.

Please think before making such ridiculous statements.
