as an example, Cibola County voted more Republican votes than there were registered Republicans? That could mean that some Democrats voted for Bush. Surely there couldn't be that many Democrats who drank the post 9-11 Kool Aid. Could there? Anyway, am not sure what those percentages represent. If you could explain where they come from it might help me. Thanks.
