101. Just a couple points about the NH recount.
1. Only 11 precincts were used. How many precincts were/are there in NH? I've never been clear on that, but it seems to me 11 precincts are not very many.

2. The choice of precincts was done by a woman who was comparing the data from 04 with those from 2000 I believe. I was never clear on just why the method she used was more indicative of freud than some other method might have been. What was that method? Afraid I don't recall now.

3. A Diebold rep or one of the voting machine reps was quoted as indicating that the election recount people shouldn't expect that the recount would find anything. I don't remember the exact quote, but it sounded to me on reading it at the time that the rep knew something he wasn't saying. I don't recall where I saw the quote. It was just one included in an article about the upcoming recount. I thought when I read it, even before the recount, that the machine reps had perhaps been up to no good somehow before the recount. I really think you're dealing with mafia methods when you deal with these voting machine companies. I've had personal experience of this, tho only a small example of it. The facts about the felons involved in the management of GEMS is pretty telling I think.

I believe for many years now they have been given unnecessary access to the votes because their machines are used in the counting. Maybe this didn't happen but who knows. The discrepancies reported in NH certainly looked fishy to me and to many others, but they weren't necessarily concentrated in the 11 precincts decided on for the recount. I don't think the voting machine reps or election officials interested in preventing fraud from being discovered would have missed any tricks if the tricks were available to them.
