4. suggestions for better writing

great post!

to improve the letter, i suggest getting right to the point. Busy folks dont want to read thru an introduction.. so toss paragraph one.

begin with para 5, asking to not accept the EC.

Good writing style.. just one thing... some legalese in the first para's.. if any in the other para's, change to daily speech style. Didnt see any , but i was reading fast.

Again, excellent post overall.
Glad to have you here, post more.
