I translated it for you non-swedes...

Alleged voter fraud in Ohio
John Kerry could still be the president of the United States.
Voter fraud occurred in the state of Ohio - and attorney Cliff
Arnebeck says he can prove it.
- It means Kerry will be president instead of Bush,
he says to Ekstrabladet.
The American election could end up in court. A large number
of lawyers with Cliff Arnebeck in front is currently in the process
of completing a {motion/suit}(?), which could result in Bush losing
his victory.
- This is fraud and we can prove it within the time frame of the
election. It means that Ohio's electoral votes would go to Kerry,
which in turn means that he will be president instead of Bush,
Arnebeck says to the newspaper.

"The election was rigged"
The lawyers say that at least 60 000 votes was taken from Kerry
and moved over to Bush.
- We are basing the accusation on anomalies that cannot be
explained in any other way than that the election was rigged, says
Arnebeck.
This Tuesday Ekstrabladet ran a story on the computer programmer
Clinton Curtis, who in a court of law admitted to developing software
that would transfer votes during the election.

Statistical analysis
There are no proof supporting these claims yet, but Curtis testimony
is supported by a statistical analysis that show central tabulators
transferring at least 130 000 votes in favor of the republicans.
According to Curtis the software was ordered by congressman
Tom Feeney, one of the governors in Florida and Jed Bush's closest
associate.
