6. strange figures
OK, of the 24% of respondents who said their candidate "will bring about change" 5% voted for Bush (uh....never mind)

on the opinion of the Bush administration: "Angry" and "Dissatisfied" beat out "Satisfied" and "Enthusiastic" by 1% - sure sounds to me like they voted for Bush.... no wait - it sounds to me like it matches the Presidential Exit Polls pre-manipulation

under "policy toward same sex couples": 25% said 'legally marry' and 35% said 'civil unions' which left 37% saying 'no legal recognition.' So again, the mandate for "morality" is kind of thrown on its ear. not only is this issue fairly evenly split, but only a third or so are against gay couples having at least civil union protection status. While I think people are people and all should have the same rights, this is interesting and again gives me hope that not as many jack-boot homophobes exist as I had thought.
