Does the article mention that the Repugs did NOT withdraw the second, identical suit they filed in the Waukesha County courts?

Oh yeah:
"The group filed its case with the Supreme Court on Nov. 21, but a week later it filed an almost identical suit in Waukesha County."

I wonder why they didn't withdraw both suits. I wonder why they left the one in Waukesha County keep rolling along....

Hmmm...

Oh yeah, again from the article:

"The GOP group's filing also came after it became clear this week that Justice David Prosser was not participating in the case."

Disgusting. Since their ace-in-the-hole was sitting this one out, they took their ball and ran to Waukesha, where they're sure to find some friendly faces.

Seriously though, doesn't this really expose Prosser's bias? When republicans won't even send a case to the SC unless Prosser is hearing it?
