13. Yes that would be horrible
Especially because Taser International Inc. President, Thomas Smith is such a big republican party contributor. That would be so awkward if his product accidentally was involved in another death by taser, while under APD custody. That would bring the count to at least 3 in the last year alone.

Then with tort reform limits, it would be even more horrible to imagine that DeLay's family would be limited to $250,000 under Texas law. I'm sure that DeLay's and his party could never have foreseen this possibility, when they rammed "tort reform" through the legislature.

It pains me to even think of that.
