I havent read the PDF. yet , But I'm sure a lot of black ops technology is involved with all this.

Texas is a testing ground , because they know once they can overcome the opposition there, They can then implement elsewhere.

With these types of measures, the database always grows , it never shrinks.

Right now in OHIO they used the readers on the OHIO turnpike in a pilot program . It can read several hundred plates at once , they placed the readers near the border with PA, and IN and one or 2 cruiser mounted mobile readers in between . recovery of stolen vehicles went up by somthing like 40% in the 6 month pilot program (a good thing) they always sell the technology on the good things it can do , but never mention the darker side of it's uses.

Now you have to realize this technology is there already, and these are just the optical scanning devices, just imagine how much more powerful it will be once there is a powered transponder in every car, one that has to be renewed on a yearly basis...

This technology will fill the courts with scofflaws and the habitualy tardy, otherwise honest citizen .

Just imagine the harm that can be done once a criminal (and they always do, after all they're criminals) gets his hands on a reader. He can scan the entire walmart parking lot on a fishing expedition for SS numbers, and credit histories.
