3. Vince Fumo is quite a colorful character - a tough Philadelphia politician

After Governor Rendell, he's also one of the most powerful political figures in the state legislature, if not the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He's Chairman of the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus. Any piece of legislature, or committee assignment requests, goes through him.

The FBI has been investigating Fumo for quite some time. Only a trial where all the evidence is presented on both sides will determine whether or not State Senator Fumo is guilty or innocent.
