Reply #1: The Daily News has really gone downhill

in the past few months. For weeks now they've been letting the TS and C4P people censor the online comments and they've gotten many long-time posters banned. A couple days ago they printed an editorial comment chastising the people filing ethics complaints against the guv, and then this endorsement of Sullivan from out of the blue. One of the first things I'm going to do when I get back to Alaska tomorrow is cancel my subscription.

Phil Munger has had a couple of good posts lately about how far they've fallen. I just can't support them anymore.
