103. $100 says the camera doesn't pan away until Bush messes up
What a shrewd concept. If he does horrible at the debate, no one will be talking about his performance because the story will be about how the "media" didn't play by the rules so now there's no more debates for this election. Once again, the country will be focused on things completely unrelated to the actual issues.
