13. How George McGovern Handled a Heckler
Keep in mind this was when he knew he was not going to beat Nixon and had nothing to lose any more. McGovern landed in an airport and was greeted on the runway by a small crowd of supporters and one asshole carrying a Nixon sign and chanting "Four More Years!" He walked over to the Nixon supporter, put his arm around his should, and whispered in his ear: "I have a secret for you. Kiss my ass."
