He's young enough that the dangers of smoking were WELL KNOWN before he ever started. I don't think it says much for his intelligence that he ever started such a filthy, dangerous, anti-social, expensive habit. Stress relief and weight control are a really shit trade-off for lung cancer. My mother and both in-laws were all very thin when they died from it. But they just HAD to smoke.
