This more than implies that "There are many people who ~X"

When it is pointed out that there aren't enough people yet to either X or ~X, you're throwing this out as a trial balloon style post designed to anticipate a problem before it happens (a problem which your OP implicitly assumes already exists).

There are multiple logical errors here.
