and the following would be a fair answer: To quote someone we all detest, "So..."

The economy is bad it follows the incumbent party will be blamed and rightly so therefore Obama will be doing better than McCain who represents the incumbent party and has no plan of his own to fix the mess aside from the old played out ideology that got us into this mess.

I can understand your frustration with it though. The question borders on the absurd. If the economy were not in the shitter McCain would be doing better and if my uncle were a woman he would be my aunt.
