No taxation without representation, hence only those who vote will pay taxes..and thus be represented in our government. If we do not vote we will not pay taxes, we will not be protected by police or by the military, we will not receive any government benefits, and the Bill of Rights will not apply to us. Only those of us who do vote can be taxed, will be allowed to sell goods and services in this country, be eligible for government benefits, will be protected by the armed services and police, and will have all of the rights protected under the Constitution.

Anyone should be allowed to vote and then become a citizen, and nobody should be forced to vote..therefore not be obligated as non-citizens to pay taxes or to be eligible for government services. They will not be allowed to sell goods and services in our country, hire any voting citizens, or to have constitutional rights until they vote and therefore become citizens. Elections will be held yearly, and every year that a person votes gives them one year of citizenship.

Citizens will elect a parliament for all world voters, and there shall be no separate executive branch of government..just elected department heads who must meet with 5 different state government councils each month and Parliament whenever they demand it! Local government will be run by town hall meetings, and those failing to participate will not be citizens or taxed and protected by the government. State government shall be run by a statewide elected council, but will obey and enforce the laws of an elected state assembly. Disabled people, those with serious medical problems, and children will all be protected by the state regardless of the decisions of their family members or guardians. But those who are able to vote must be the decision makers on taxation, representation, and on justice. All corporations will be licensed by the state..and therefore can only be part of our democracy by only hiring citizen-voters, by only hiring union members, by obeying the laws and regulations of our society, and by paying all of their taxes. This will apply to all corporations including those which hire broadcasters, the farmers, those in telecommunications, and doctors or other health-care workers.

Any person, or nation of people may join our great society. And any active voter in any part of the world will be a part of our democratic society, but anyone who does not vote ie..is not represented shall not be taxed, and shall not enjoy any of the benefits available to those who do vote, can be taxed, and do obey our laws. Now let the revolution begin!
