49. Not by my standards
True charm needs an element of spontaneity and grace. Charm, like the art of flirting, may need to be practiced, but should never come off as being practiced. Palin not only isn't charming, she's painfully embarrassing.

And I'm really, really tired of the bar being lowered for her. Did we care if Gore was charming? Did we care if Cheney was charming? No. So because she's female, I suppose, we have to be subject to all this immaterial bullshit such as "charm"?

Pissing me off man. All those sexist assholes like tweety can go piss up a rope. Let Palin rise or fall by the standard of her ability to communicate her readiness, knowledge, awareness and the responsibility to be the Vice President of the United States.

(General rant, not directed toward the OP, who didn't create this situation!)
