They say nothing so far.. They have issued "cease and desist" orders to other companies on Cafe Press and Zazzle, however, they have not said anything to us (or about us) one way or the other. If you go to barackobama.com and look under "media", you'll see that they make the logos available in many different styles, forms, and resolutions to the public, and they do not post any terms or conditions for use. The implication is that they want the public and businesses to use the marks responsibly, and respectfully in a way that promotes their message or candidate. Oh, yes, we've called and emailed them for a formal permission, but I think they know we're behind them 100% and our design is significantly (legally) different from theirs and that it doesn't warrant intervention. Essentially, we're on the same side and if we can promote the image, create a unique quality product, service our own customers, and even donate to the campaign... well, why would they want to stop any of that? Help the world, sleep better, and elect Barack Obama all at once.
