70. Someone had to fight BEFORE the election

and it couldn't be the candidate. He had to do his job and he did with excellent rallies and debates. The fact is he nearly won - in spite of the voter suppression, the OBL tape, the political terror rating changes and an unprecedentedly hostile meda - worse than now. It should have been led by McAuliffe as DNC head. Think about it were Clinton or Obama out there working on it? No, because they can't do it and run for President.

After the election, there was no "take to court" proof that could have been established before January 2005. It has YET to be proven to that degree.
