especially since it was in front of the FIREFIGHTERS CONVENTION who had endorsed him. That had NEVER been done before.

And you want to claim that some calculated GIMMICK would have been met with welcome cameras and mics that a speech to Firefighters (post 9-11) did NOT get?

Would Obama BE the Dem nominee today if corpmedia DELIBERATELY ignored every speech he made to counter Rev Wright? If they HAD chosen to dig in and not cover those speeches.....

Kerry gave us PLENTY of ammo when he made that speech - the Dem pundit class, the barely existent left media and the left blogosphere did NOTHING to further Kerry's attacks on the swifts and Bush after that speech.
