I'm a very serious car guy, and I can tell ya - the worst thing about Ralpie and the Corvair is that he ignored the real problems of the car (like exhaust and oil fume blowing in thru the heater), and concentrated on a vague handling issue - which my Covair racin' buddies tell me is easily fixed with better rear shocks. Oh, and you ought not panic and lift sharply after the apex of the corner(if the ol "Vair" had bum shocks and you were going too fast) - but only a very inexperienced driver would do that
