5. After the Senator's cave-in on telecom immunity
I will not be donating to him or voting for him again. He and the Democratic Party have shown their true allegiance: corporate fascism. Yes, the Republicans are worse, but the Dems are working hard to catch up to them.

I had contributed a substantial amount to Obama and had volunteered on numerous occasions, but now I feel absolutely betrayed.

If you don't think the corporate takeover of our once-great nation is now complete, you're totally delusional. Pelosi, Reid and Hoyer presided over the last chance to stop the march of fascism in America. They bowed to their corporate masters and now, in the name of anti-terrorism, our government, with the blessing of the U.S. Congress, will be monitoring every financial transaction, every phone call and every email to be sure that we the people are staying in line with their agenda.

This election is now about which flavor of pseudo-representative government we will have in place for the next four years.

This is a sad turn of events. Very very sad.
