There's been one all along. Same thing for heart disease. Many people have done it and it works. Eliminate ALL animal products from your diet and switch to a 100% Vegan diet. Doing a colon cleanse from all the build up which stores toxins is also a good step to go along with the diet switch. Its all about your body's own immune system.
