5. Well stated, so what do you suggest....

The average salary is around $35K.

It's barely enough to survive, and sure to drive people into "bad credit" situations.

And the average home is over $250K. Home owners love it. In fact, they would not complain if their homes went up in value to $10 million! But how are new buyers supposed to afford a homes at these prices?
