There's a long history of protest...people walked for a YEAR, rather than give money to the bus companies..

They can, and probably would, vote for congresspeople and propositions and senate & local stuff, and just skip the president part.. Too bad there is not a "No Vote" box or "None of the Above", so there would be a tally of a true protest vote..
