36. Not only would Obama have gotten more than half the uncommited, he would
have gotten a lot of those that voted for HRC. The problem with Michigan is there is no way to seat those delegates unless they have a do over. If that happens, Obama will either win or come so close to winning that state, there would be no way for HRC to win either the majority of pledged delegates or popular vote for all the contests. She is pinning her hopes on a cheating strategy.
