9. You're wrong on Georgia
in fact, Kerry could likely win Georgia if he worked hard enough (probably not a good idea, since those same resources would go further in PA, AZ and OH).

Georgia has an awful lot of Democrats. It has a huge African American population, which votes heavily Democratic, but also a fast-growing Hispanic populaion and a fast growing population of Northern white liberals. The Anglo liberals seem concentrated around Atlanta and Athens.
