And according to Mr. Kerry, Mr. Bush chose the wrong way. What's left unsaid is that this country was going to go into Iraq at some point in time. Kerry was not decieved. He is simply following US policy, a long term policy that transcends party politics. Bush implemented the policy badly, alienating friends and enemies alike. Kerry promises to do better.

And no, Kerry will not lose.
