Examine his idea for Iraq, divide Iraq into states or provinces with a Fed. govt. to control the borders, oil distribution, etc. Let the local communities take care of security, utilities, etc.. Watch the news and what little info comes from the media you can tell that is what is occuring now in Iraq, just not oficially. It is not ethnic cleansing. No borders between the provinces, states, (whatever they want to call these districts), just keep Iraq a country.

He came out today and wants an independant coucil to investigate the destroyed tapes. That's a no brainer to me, Congress has had committes investigate all kinds of stuff and nothing has come of them. Politics get in the way of justice in this situation.
