Barack Obama is on the cover of the new TIME Magazine and tells the magazine that, if elected, he would offer Bill Clnton a place in his Administration "in a second. There are few more talented people."

Al Gore would be offered a position “in a minute,” Obama said in an interview, adding the “country and world caught up to ” on the climate change issue.

The magazine cover asks "Barack Obama Has Promised to Change Politics. Has Politics Changed Him?"

“The truth is, for all his talk about inventing a new kind of politics, Obama has always understood that the old rulebook cannot be completely thrown out in a nomination fight—not if you want to win," TIME writes in the cover story.
