Well thanks for your... concern.

Democrats recognize that the most effective way to fight terrorism is to do what we were doing before Bush came into office, which is cooperating with international enforcement agencies and bringing the perpetrators of terrorist acts to justice.

The people responsible for bombing the WTC the first time around were apprehended, tried and put in prison. Osama bin Laden, on the other hand, is still at large. And in the meantime the US has managed to destabilize the Middle East to a frightening extent, in the process motivating more in the Middle East to embrace terrorism against the US.

So I have just one question for you: What do *you* mean by "winning", in this context?
