21. "Lies, damned lies and statistics"
Another Zogby with poorly written questions. But hey, he who pays for the survey gets to write em, and often times use them as backup for whatever they want to claim. It isn't the first time a Z poll has been poorly written and then misrepresented and used as a tool around here.

Zogby's "methods" may be legit, but the results are poor because the questions are skewed. Similar to:

"Many people think that 68% of deer in this country are overweight because of candle wax in their diet. Do you agree or disagree that deer are overweight in this country?"

or

"68% of the people think deer are overweight due to candle wax. Do you agree or disagree that candlewax is a problem in deer diets?"

or

"only 16% of Americans believe they have been told the whole truth about this administration's foreknowledge of the September 11 attacks.... do you agree or disagree that the Congress should investigate the executive branch's conduct prior to, during and following the September 11 attacks?"

You can say it doesn't meet definition of "push-poll", but to me it doesn't meet my definition of unbiased.
