11. We have to remember, Bush is not the sole problem
nor will our problems go away if and when he does. His resignation or impeachment would only begin to solve our problems, not end them. Certainly, we would be better off without him, much like the Iraqis are "better off" without Saddam Hussein, but that would be a small victory with a big price to pay, and a long road to daylight again.

This close to the midterm elections, we need to focus on ridding ourselves of all the enablers, all the ones who are being manipulated by those who truly have their hands on the levers of power, and keep our eye on the ball. Neocons, Rightwing think tanks, the Fundamentalist Right, the defense industry, and corporate media all have a hand up the back of our entire federal government. We need to pull the curtains back and show the world the puppetmasters.

If we let ourselves become obsessed with only getting rid of the puppet, the laugh will truly be on us.
