This looks really scary to me.

Even more scary than the second spine operation
the doctors now want to do.

I'd go postal if I thought I really had a chance to make things better
for other folks like me

Fully aware that I'd lose
unless the "78 virgins" story is true

Oh wait. I'm an non-theist
