Thanks for writing about the scary legislation. I am Type II diabetic, got the betes @ 34, but haven't had the volatility that younger Type I's often do.

I created a blog to support http://diabetesadvocacy.blogspot.com. It is crucial that the 20.8 million diabetics in the US band together to stop S. 1955.

If others want to write their Senators, they can do so @

This is the site that the American Diabetes Association created to make it super easy to email or fax your Senator.
