I was curious, and lo and behold, he did have a statement on it.

He co-wrote the bill. He is touting how it will reduce costs for small businesses. However, see Kerry's statement that I linked above. As usual Kerry (a real Democrat) has a somewhat better idea. IMO. (You have to thread a policy needle to make it affordable for small business and not create a situation where people lose coverage. Kerry is relentless in finding ways to thread a needle like that.)
