175. A clarification.
I did a little research on IP geo-location and it turns out that it's not an exact science and has a limited accuracy. In fact, I don't see how it could be otherwise.

One company that provides an IP geo location service is Quova, Inc. This article explains what they do and how they do it.

Once a given IP address has been identified, Quova can tell you where it is located down to the city level. Quova's software solutions have a precision that is approximately within a 20-50 mile radius.

This map shows driving directions from the 15000 block of Ave of Science to the intersection of Centre St & Robinson Ave. It gives a driving distance of 19.42 miles which is within the margin of error. So, while the latitude and longitude given for that IP address are not absolute proof that the server is at 15092 Ave of Science, it does not rule it out. Couple this with the fact that the Ave of Science address listed in the domain registrations is very close to that location and it looks very likely that that is where the server is located.
