Why is a theocratic control freak who wants to legislate what you do with your body, wants to decide what state-approved diety your kids need to pray to in public school, and wants to put a police presence in your girlfriend's uterus-- who also hates taxes, preferable to someone who wants the government out of their business... and also hates taxes?

Really, people piss and moan about "Libertarians" to no end here, and it befuddles me. I am hardly a supporter of the (L) Libertarian party, but on social issues I do consider myself Socially small-l libertarian. But at LEAST the Libertarian party has the balls to stand up and call a spade a spade on the drug war, something OUR Democratic party is shamefully far too cowed to ever come out and do.
