As Tull once said in song, "If Jesus saves, then he better save himself..."
It is difficult to get Democratic presidents. Since 1968, we have had Carter and Clinton. That's it. Our strength is with the people and the people's House. Let us take back the people's House and then worry about getting the Democrat in the White House.
America is set up for Big Business and Republicans. It always has been. Democrats in power in the White House are the exception - not the rule. This country is a pro-business and conservative nation in most respects. It is an illusion to think we are a "liberal" nation.
