that and more in a way that would be perceived by Americans, except republicans, that Kerry is not interested in what Bush's policies have been in the past. They are irrelevant if he is president.

He is putting Osama Bin Laden on notice that if he assumes the office of president, Bin Laden's days of enjoying the incompetence are over.

It will be the flag waving event of the year. Bush even said "he isn't concerned about Bin Laden." Do you think Americans wouldn't love to hear Kerry tell Bin Laden outright that he is going to be his number one priority and kill him?

I say again, flags will be waving all over America in joy. It will be the speech of the year. And literally catapult him into victory.
