Whether this is a "real" Osama tape or a Rove trick, the translation seems to assess the Bushies and their actions accurately. :shrug:

The Repug's only defense is to push the "Osama/Saddama" Bogeyman to their base to keep them "oh...so..afraid," when it's their very own Bushies who are the folks they should be very afraid of if they hope to keep America safe.
