100. Dehumanization
The republicans have done a good job the last decade or so of dehumanizing "Liberal." The division of America is in part "liberal" versus "conservative," and those lemmings who have abrogated their responsibility to think, truly believe that liberals are bad--and put all sorts of bad qualities on them. In fact, I have noticed that anything bad that happens recently is automatically the fault of liberals. Ann Coulter's rantings are a good example of this. She blames liberals for 9/11 and equates "liberal" terrorists. Once dehumanized it is easier to hate / to destroy.

I think if Bush wins this election, we will head further towards the fascist state--with liberal as the enemy of the state, the evil to destroy.

It is scary that such absolute radicals such as Colter and those freepers currently represent the "mainstream" of America. They need to crawl back under the rocks from wince they came.
