We all know the McCain camp is running the show. They have lawyers running the Attorney General's office, and every decision Palin makes (which have been few and far between since she took office) have to go through the McCain people first.
Alaska is pretty unique I think. It is like a small town, we all know each other, and we usually have extraordinary access to those in power in the state. Now even those in power don't have access to the governor.
