Quaoar, I incorporated your issue into my 2nd email to Mr. Foote:

Dear Mr. Foote:

I thank you for the reply, even though it is a form reply. I'm sure that your office has been overwhelmed with comments.

Unfortunately, your reply does not address the issue: This man signed an affidavit swearing to facts that he did not personally know to be true, but rather from hearsay. That odious behavior cannot be tolerated from a public prosecutor, ever!

This matter just won't go away, I assure you. There are too many of us that are outraged by this vile act on his part.
